Happy to hear you are interested in our amazing color guard here at Drury University!

We have a scholarship award up to $1000.00 for marching band/colorguard/winterguard for qualified students. Please complete the Color Guard Application.  If you are ready to audition please submit your video below.

Video Audition Information:

I am so glad you are auditioning for the Drury Color Guard and Winter Guard! This will be used to evaluate admittance to the team and potential scholarships.

• Movement (Required):
• Minimum of 30 second choreographed movement piece (can be something you've already learned from a previous show, or you can choreograph it yourself).
• Flag (Required):
• Fundamentals: Drop Spins, Carves, Tosses
• Drop Spins & Carves can be any exercise you know already.
• Tosses can be anything you want to show, but be sure to include singles through doubles if possible!  45's, horizontals/flat tosses, etc are also great to showcase.
• Minimum of 30 second flag choreography (can be something you've already learned from a previous show, or you can choreograph it yourself!)
• Weapon (Optional) You can send both rifle and sabre or just your weapon of preference:
• Fundamentals: Spin exercise you know, tosses (go through to as high in rotations as you feel comfortable).
• Minimum of 30 second choreography piece (can be something you've already learned from a previous show, or you can choreograph it yourself!)
